"Got what I ordered"
I placed the order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but everything showed up right. No issues, it was exactly what I ordered

"Refund took forever and felt impersonal"
The products themselves were fine, but returning something was more frustrating than it needed to be. I had to email more than once just to get things moving, and the refund took a lot longer than I expected. It didn’t feel like anyone was really paying attention to my situation, more like I was just a ticket number in a queue. Not the worst experience ever, but the whole return process felt slow, unclear, and kind of impersonal. I probably won’t order again unless I’m absolutely sure I’m keeping it.

"Works okay, but I didn’t feel super taken care of"
I ordered from Because Market because I was hoping for something a little more discreet. The packaging was actually fine and didn’t scream what it was, which I appreciated. The product itself works okay, but it felt bulkier under regular clothes than I expected, so I was a little self-conscious wearing it out.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. Shipping was normal, and customer service answered me, but I did feel a bit like a ticket number instead of an actual customer. I might try a different size before I fully decide how I feel about it.

"Soft, but not really my favorite"
I got these sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and the first thing I noticed was that the material is definitely soft. It didn’t feel scratchy or cheap when I opened the pack, which was a good start.
After wearing it for a while though, I realized it felt a bit thicker than I expected. Not uncomfortable exactly, but not something I’d want to wear all day, especially if I’m hoping for something light and easy.
Overall, I’d say it’s fine. It’s softer than a few other brands I’ve tried, but I was hoping it would feel a little lighter and more breathable.

Using the site was mostly fine, honestly. At first I felt like, okay, this is simple enough and I can get through it without much trouble. But then a few parts randomly confused me, which got a little annoying. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just kind of okay.

"Felt a bit misled, but they did help quickly"
I had a question about my order because things weren’t quite matching what I thought I was getting, and I felt a little misled at first. I expected to be stuck waiting around for an answer, but they actually got back to me fast.

The fit was pretty much perfect for me, maybe just the tiniest bit loose, but nothing that ruined my day or made me dramatically question all my life choices. Overall, I’m really happy with it!

"Just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t fit right at all. It felt bulky, and I kept having to adjust it because it shifted around throughout the day. By the end, I was frustrated and disappointed.

"I’ve ordered from Because Market a few..."
I’ve ordered from Because Market a few times now, and the prices have been reasonable compared to what I used to spend at the store. The bulk packs are helpful, especially because I’m not stuck making a last-minute trip when I realize I’m almost out. Weirdly, I remember one box had a tiny smiley face doodled on the packing slip, which made me laugh for some reason.
The quality has been good for the price. I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely perfect, but it’s definitely been worth it for me. Shipping has been fine too, nothing dramatic or frustrating. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"The Smell Was a Whole Situation"
I gave Because Market a try for a few weeks, hoping it would make things easier, but the odor control was a letdown. Even when I changed quickly, the smell still managed to linger like it had unfinished business. I really expected better, but after dealing with that, I won’t be buying again.

"I might be a little biased because..."
I might be a little biased because these have made nights so much easier for us, but they’ve been the best by far. My dad wears them overnight, and since we switched, we haven’t had to deal with wet sheets anymore. They fit him well without looking or feeling too bulky, which I really appreciate. After trying a few other brands, I’m genuinely happy we found these.

"Super plain packaging, which I appreciated"
I ordered from Because Market after meaning to take care of it for a while, and I was mostly hoping the delivery wouldn’t be weird. The box showed up looking completely plain, with nothing on it that gave away what was inside. I had just gotten home from running a couple errands, so I was already a little distracted, but the drop-off was totally easy and there was no awkward moment at the door or anything. It sounds like a small thing, but the discreet packaging really made the whole experience feel a lot more comfortable.

"Canceling wasn’t as annoying as I expected"
I canceled my Because Market account last week i was kind of bracing myself for it to be a headache, but it went smoothly. I did have to poke around the site for a bit before I found the right place, which was a little irritating, but once I sent in the request, they took care of it without making it weird or pushy. I got a confirmation email too, so that was reassuring. I’d be happier if the cancel option was easier to spot, but overall, it really wasn’t a big deal.

"Pretty good overall, with a small shipping gripe"
I’d been meaning to order this for a while and finally got around to it, so I was kind of checking the tracking more than I probably should have. The product itself was totally fine once it arrived, no real complaints there. I just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker. It wasn’t ridiculously late or anything, but the tracking barely updated and I ended up waiting around more than I expected.
